Year 16 in the books! Thank you to the churches, ministries, volunteers, and organizations who were the hands and feet of Jesus today. Over 1,200 backpacks, school supplies, brand new shoes, and socks were handed out. We live in an incredible community that loves to serve others.

💙 In just a little over a week, over one thousand local children will walk through the doors of Back to School Blast.

For many families, this event means one less burden as they prepare for a new school year. It's more than backpacks and school supplies—it's hope, encouragement, and a reminder that our community cares.

But we need a few more helping hands.

We're especially looking for volunteers to serve at Registration on the morning of the event. A warm smile and a friendly welcome can set the tone for a family's entire experience.

💙 We Need You!🎒

For the past 15 years, our community has come together to make sure local students start the school year with confidence. Because of people like you, thousands of children across the Highland Lakes have received backpacks, school supplies, shoes, socks, and encouragement before the first day of school.

Now it's our turn again.

With just 4 weeks until Back to School BLAST, we have filled only 34% of our volunteer positions.

This event simply doesn't happen without our incredible volunteers. It takes hundreds of neighbors serving neighbors to welcome families, distribute supplies, fit shoes, direct traffic, set up, clean up, and make every child feel seen and valued.

Whether you're an individual, family, church group, business, civic club, or team of friends, we'd love to have you join us. Even a few hours of your time can make a lasting difference in a child's life.

16 years ago, a small church in Marble Falls had a big idea — make sure every child starts the school year ready, equipped, and excited. 💙
