I’m beyond grateful to have led ten incredible young adult through a mindful journaling session yesterday! 🙏 They were amazing!! We explored gratitude, manifestation, and practices to boost self-confidence. A huge thank you to the for hosting this wonderful self-care session for tweens and teens.

Loved leading class at the for our amazing community this week! ❤️

Here’s what we learned about movement as a practice for stress reduction:

•Movement helps release tension and stress stored in the body.
•There are unlimited ways to move - dancing, swimming and walking count!
•Moving boosts endorphins, making us feel happier and more energized.
•Gentle stretches and mindful breathing can calm the nervous system.
