Join us for our Women’s Self-Defense Seminar on Saturday, August 15 from 10:00 AM–1:00 PM.

This beginner-friendly seminar is designed to help women build confidence, learn practical self-defense techniques, and develop skills that can be applied in real-world situations - all in a safe, supportive environment led by our certified instructors.

💜 Suggested donation: $35
All proceeds will benefit Vine Maple Place, supporting women and families in our local community.

No martial arts experience is necessary! Just wear comfortable clothing and come ready to learn.

This beginner-friendly seminar is a great opportunity to learn practical self-defense skills, build confidence, and develop quick decision-making skills under pressure - all in a safe, supportive environment with our experienced instructors.

$35 suggested donation, with all proceeds benefiting Vine Maple Place, a local organization supporting women and families.

Pool noodle attacks? Giant exercise balls flying across the room? Instructors actively trying to trip you with a rope?

There’s a method to the madness! These drills keep our students moving, reacting, thinking on their feet, and learning how to adapt when they don’t know exactly what’s coming next.

It just happens to look a little questionable out of context.

Practicing throws takes trust, technique, and lots of repetition. Our students work hard every class to build the skills, confidence, and control needed to execute each movement safely.... but yes, sometimes it’s fun to hit the reverse button.

Thank you for the Saturday morning drop-offs, the rides to class, the encouragement after a tough day, and the support you give your children as they grow both on and off the mat.

We appreciate everything you do and hope you have a wonderful Father’s Day surrounded by family!

What an incredible day of growth, perseverance, and determination!
Over 40 students stepped onto the mat last weekend to test their skills, ranging from White Belt all the way through Brown Belt. We are proud of each student who challenged themselves, demonstrated strong martial arts spirit, and showed the confidence that comes from consistent training.
Congratulations to everyone who tested - we can’t wait to see you continue your journey and reach new goals!
