Moo Do Karate Academy will be CLOSED Saturday, September 5 through Monday, September 7, 2026 in observance of Labor Day Weekend.

Courage Has No Age!

Starting something new takes courage, especially later in life, when it can be easy to tell yourself, “Maybe I’m too old,” or “I should have started years ago.”

But the truth is, growth doesn’t have an expiration date.

Nothing worth achieving comes easy. It takes commitment, discipline, patience, and the willingness to be uncomfortable while you learn something new.

I truly admire the courage and commitment she has shown by stepping into the dojang and beginning her martial arts journey. She is already an example to everyone who has ever wanted to try something new but didn’t have the courage to take that first step.

It’s never too late to challenge yourself. Never too late to grow. Never too late to become stronger.

Be courageous. Take the first step. The journey begins when you decide to begin!
