The South Jersey Music Academy has a proven track record of offering quality lessons in voice, guitar, bass, piano, drums and ukulele year round. Our full time mission is teaching music lessons trusted by hundreds of families for nearly ten years.

Our rooms are stocked with everything you need for music lessons, including amps, P.A.’s, pro playback gear, full drum kits, keyboards, pianos and more. Technology is also a big part of lessons at The South Jersey Music Academy. One of the things that has really set us apart is our focus on providing lessons that are fresh, new, and engaging. It’s a challenge to engage children or adults, but by integrating technology such as teaching apps from the iTunes store, GarageBand, ProTools, you name it, we’re providing a cutting edge lesson experience in the South Jersey area.
7. Free music recitals at The South Jersey Music Academy! Every parent wants to know how their child is doing and if they are really progressing. The best way for a parent to understand if their investment in lessons is really worth it is to hear their child participate in a recital. In June and December many of our students choose to perform in our biannual recitals. For our students these recitals are free and unlike many schools in New Jersey we do not charge recital participation. This can only be found at The South Jersey Music Academy!

9. Free Picture Day
We are the only music school in South Jersey that offers a free picture day for their students. Every June during ur Red Carpet Event we host a free picture day with a professional photographer. This is a service that our student’s parents love as they all want quality photos of their children. Adults are welcome too!
10. Monthly lessons. The South Jersey Music Academy does not require semester minimums for lessons. Every student here is on a month-to-month basis. We also provide glass observation doors in our rooms so that you can watch your child's lesson while you wait. Or if you prefer, you can sit in on the lessons at anytime or log in (password protected) into our wireless camera system (individual for each teaching room) and watch your child from any mobile devices from any location.

10. Trophies, certificates and award wristbands to celebrate achievement.
We are the only music school that gives their students the opportunity to earn special color wristband bracelets (kids and teens love them!), trophies and certificates for passing musical tests. Do other schools offer trophies and certificates? A few. But none of them inspire their students with smiling faces by giving them full color, really cool “Musical Ladder” wristbands that they can show off to their friends.
More importantly, when our students have a test coming up, they practice more, their parents are proud, their teachers are proud, and everybody wins. You can only get the Musical Ladder here. We also specialize in music lessons for adults. We don't think learning music should be boring--it should be fun!

Missed a lesson? Out of town? No problem. Just sign up for our weekend classes. They never expire, and you can come when it's convenient for you.
