This is a safe, supportive space to prepare for your VBAC - Message me for your free Guide to a Successful VBAC 📩 I gave birth by cesarean and then had a VBAC (vaginal birth after cesarean). I've attended over 300 births in the hospital, birth center and at home. My current offerings include Birth Education Classes (in person at your home & virtual). Doula services on a limited basis and a VBAC Package that includes classes and periodic check ins throughout your pregnancy. We're so excited to welcome Janet Cappetta, LCCE, Doula & VBAC Coach, for Path to a Positive VBAC — a class built to help you walk into your birth feeling informed, supported, and confident.

Over 2 hours, Janet will cover the fundamentals (benefits, risks, current guidelines) and get into the things that actually shape your experience: finding a provider who truly supports VBAC, building a birth plan that can flex when it needs to, pain management options, how to loop in your partner or doula as real support, and working through the emotional side of it all — the hopes, the worries, all of it.
You'll leave feeling ready. Not just with information, but with a plan and the confidence to advocate for the birth you want.
