I spent the week in Milwaukee, cheering for .estebanwrestles as he competed with TEAM NC at the Junior National Duals.

Proud of all the guys who put in the work and showed the country that NC can bring the heat.

🔻Hydration is key!
🔻Wear No Gi attire under your Gi on Mondays in the event it is hot we will train in no gi.
🔻Wednesdays we will train No Gi (all summer long)

🚨We are CLOSED June 15 to June 19 for summer break.
