A reminder that we offer weekday daytime classes all year long on Tuesdays and Thursdays, but there is something extra fun about training with bigger summer classes. Come join us on the mat and be part of the action 💪😎

Who remembers this epic stare-down? Our Mighty Tigers and Dragons were locked in what looked like the ultimate staring contest with Ms. Garces!🥋🐉

One thing is for sure, these students were showing some focus and self-control.

🥷🍽️ Ninja Waiter is one of our favorite karate games! While students are having fun they are also building balance coordination focus and body control.

And the fun gets even better when Master Morse jumps in to join the action 😄🥋

Every stripe is earned through hard work focus and consistent effort. For our littlest Mighty Dragon, stripes are a great way to learn that progress comes from showing up trying their best and never giving up.
