The 8th grade physical science students made mouse trap propelled cars as part of their simple machines unit. Did you know a mouse trap is a 3rd class lever?

The 8th graders hosted a Wax Museum, in which they chose a modern historical character to research and dress up as. They conducted independent research, wrote a biography, memorized a speech, and dressed up in costume! Students were able to work on a fun fact scavenger hunt as they listened to the 8th graders give their speeches. Well done, 8th graders!

Preschool students are so excited to see the seeds they planted for science sprouting.

🚗🍟 Fast Lane with Franzese 🍟🚗

One of the exciting Silent Auction experiences from this year’s Gala came to life last week!

Ava had the special opportunity to join Miss Franzese for “Fast Lane with Franzese” helping with afternoon carpool and then enjoying some delicious french fries together.

From directing traffic to sharing laughs over fries, it was an afternoon full of fun and memories. Thank you to everyone who participated in and supported this year’s Silent Auction.

Experiences like these help make Ave Maria Academy such a special community!
