Two kids. Two completely different sleep struggles… one exhausted family.
When Billy and Beth reached out, their nights looked like this:
A toddler who couldn’t stay in her own bed, constant wake-ups and meltdowns…
and a baby who wouldn’t sleep longer than 30–40 minutes at a time.
They were surviving on less than four hours of broken sleep and doing whatever they could just to get through the night.
We created a personalized plan for both girls and worked through the challenges together—because real life sleep isn’t always perfectly linear.
And within just a couple of weeks?
✔️ Both girls sleeping in their own beds
✔️ 4 hours of sleep is a thing of the past
✔️ Parents finally getting the sleep they need (in their own bed!)
But even more than that, they now have the tools and confidence to handle whatever sleep challenges come next.
That’s always the goal! 💪
If your nights feel overwhelming right now, it doesn’t have to stay that way. https://tendertransitionsmn.com/scheduling/

Sleep can be challenging for any family…but when your child has special needs, those challenges can feel even heavier.

Kenzie and Quinton came to me feeling completely exhausted.
Their daughter, Ayla, was waking frequently through the night, relying on feeds, and no one was getting the rest they needed. Like so many families, they had reached that point of thinking… something has to change.
We focused on a plan that felt realistic for their family, supporting Ayla in learning to sleep more independently while keeping things manageable and consistent.
And slowly, things started to shift.
Ayla is now sleeping through the night, naps are more predictable, and their home feels calmer, more rested, and more enjoyable again.
There’s nothing better than seeing a family get their evenings, their energy, and their joy back. ♥️
If you’re in a similar place right now, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

If your child is in daycare (or heading there soon), you’ve probably wondered…
Can sleep training still work? 💭
One of the biggest challenges families face is trying to balance their ideal sleep schedule with the reality of daycare routines. Naps may not happen at the “right” time, daycare may provide sleep props you wouldn't, and things can feel out of your control.
But here’s the good news: sleep training and daycare can absolutely work together.
With the right communication and a strong foundation at home, your child can still develop healthy, independent sleep habits.
In my latest blog post, I’m sharing practical tips to help you navigate daycare schedules, support better naps, and stay consistent where it matters most.

Let me introduce you to Ava. 💜
When Chris and Michelle reached out, Ava was 17 months old and waking 4–7 times a night, with short, inconsistent naps during the day. Her parents were completely exhausted, and Michelle was getting just 2–3 hours of sleep a night.
They had tried everything and felt stuck… but they also had one big concern: they didn’t want to give up breastfeeding entirely.
During our first call, we talked through their goals and created a plan that supported both maintaining daytime nursing and helping Ava learn to sleep more independently.
With a personalized approach and consistent support, things began to shift quickly.
✨ Just 3 days in, Ava was sleeping 11–12 hours through the night
✨ Naps improved
✨ And the whole family finally started getting the rest they needed
Michelle shared something that really stuck with me: "After 17 months of sleep deprivation, I’m finally getting 8+ hours of sleep… my only regret is not starting sooner."
If you’re feeling exhausted and unsure what to try next, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

If you have a toddler or older child in a big kid bed, you know the struggle…
“Mom, my covers fell off!”
"Dad, can you cover me up again?" (again… and again… and again 😅)
That’s why I love Beddy’s zipper bedding!
It keeps everything in place through the night, so your child stays cozy and you’re not getting called in for blanket duty.
Bonus: it also makes it so much easier for kids to make their own bed in the morning 🙌
If you’re working on independence (and better sleep for everyone), this is a great option to consider.

From hourly wake-ups → sleeping through the night! 🥳
Shelby was spending her nights on a floor bed, nursing Brynn over and over… and still not getting restful sleep.
The crib felt impossible and everyone was exhausted.
So we made a plan, and made sure it was one that felt doable for their family.
Now? Brynn falls asleep on her own, sleeps in her crib, and everyone is finally resting!
Shelby shared, “We all wake up happier…” ❤️
Better sleep is possible, even when it feels far away.

Mother’s Day always has me thinking about the different seasons of motherhood.
The early days of hoping for just a little extra sleep…
the middle seasons of messy kitchens and busy hands…
and now, a deeper appreciation for both rest and connection.
Wherever you are in your journey this year, I hope you feel seen, appreciated, and cared for.
Not just for what you do, but for who you are.
Happy Mother’s Day! 💗

Holly reached out when her 11-month-old, Anya, was struggling with naps and waking 4–6 times a night. She’d tried other methods without success, and the sleep deprivation was affecting the whole family.
Together, we built a personalized plan to address Anya’s strong sleep associations with nursing and being held.
Holly and her family followed the plan with consistency, and the results have been amazing. Anya now sleeps through the night and takes naps in her crib.
Seeing the difference well-rested sleep can make for both baby and parents is always so rewarding.
Holly shared that she finally feels like herself again, and the family is thriving.
Helping families get the rest they need, that’s why I do this.
