🇺🇸 Happy Labor Day from Creative Academy!

Today we pause to honor the hardworking men and women who have built, served, taught, created, cared for, and contributed so much through the work of their hands.

And today, we’re especially thankful for our incredible Creative Academy coaches and staff. ❤️

The hours spent preparing lessons, praying over students, setting up classrooms, answering questions, encouraging kiddos, cleaning up messes and pouring into the next generation matter more than you know.

Because Scripture reminds us that our work isn’t just work when it’s done for Him.

✨ “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord.” — Colossians 3:23

Whether we’re teaching a class, raising a family, building a business, serving our community or doing the seemingly ordinary work in front of us—there is purpose in work done for the glory of God.

Today we celebrate the gift of work, the people who faithfully do it, and the God who gives our work purpose.

What can school look like when you join a homeschool academy that believes in Christ, Community & Creativity?

✨ THIS. ✨

It looks like learning with your hands.
It looks like discovering new gifts.
It looks like friendships being formed.
It looks like music, art, science, building, creating, laughing and growing.
And most importantly… it looks like Jesus at the center of it all.

We believe learning can be joyful. We believe kids were created to CREATE. We believe community matters. And we believe everything is better when we build it on the foundation of Christ.

This is Creative Academy. 🧡

FIRST DAY DOWN… SO MANY BEAUTIFUL DAYS TO GO! ✨

Yesterday we officially kicked off another year at Creative Academy, and what a sweet first day it was!

Before the letters were learned, the science was explored, the art was created or the music began… we centered our day around Jesus. We postured our hearts toward His presence and reminded our students that He is at the center of everything we do here.

And then… we got to learning! 🙌

From letters to science, dance to piano, art to ancient animals, creative writing and SO much more… students of every age filled our halls with curiosity, creativity, laughter and LIFE.

But these pictures only capture a tiny glimpse of what we’re praying this year will hold.

New friendships.
New skills.
New confidence.
New discoveries.
Deeper faith.
And countless opportunities to see God move in the hearts of these kids. 🧡

We don’t know everything Jesus has planned for Creative Academy this year, but we cannot WAIT to watch Him unfold it.

Day ONE is in the books. 📚✨
And we have so many more to go.

IT’S TODAY!!! 🎉🎒🍎

The countdown is officially OVER and we can hardly believe it — the first day of Creative Academy is HERE! 🧡

Today, those hallways will fill with laughter. New friendships will begin. Creativity will come alive. Prayers will be prayed. Kids will learn, grow, try new things, and discover a little more about who God created them to be.

After all the planning, prepping, printing, organizing and praying… this is the day we’ve been waiting for. 🥹

Creative Academy families, we are SO excited to welcome you this morning! Our prayer over this year is simple: that Jesus would be at the center of it ALL and that every student who walks through our doors would feel known, loved, encouraged and excited to learn.

Here’s to the first day of an incredible year! 🙌🧡
