When one of our own needs us, we show up. 💙

Join us for a Donation Hot Vinyasa in support of our longtime Tribe member, Kristin, who was recently diagnosed with cancer. Every dollar donated will go directly to Kristin as we surround her with the love and support of our Tribe community.

How to join us:
-Cash donations in any amount will be collected at check in.
-Email us to add you to the class roster.
-Have a class pass? Sign up with your pass and we’ll credit it back when you make a cash donation at the door.
-Monthly member? You can sign up online using your unlimited pass.

We hope to see you there. Let’s fill the room, lift Kristin up, and do what we do best — show up for our Tribe. 💙

Tomorrow is a bittersweet day. 🥹

Our beautiful Keira teaches the 9:30am + noon classes at Mantua tomorrow before heading off to college! 🎓✨

The thought of Tribe without her constant presence, her energy, and of course her beauty makes us so, so sad. She has been such a special part of our Tribe for years, and we’re going to miss having her here every day more than she knows.

But this isn’t goodbye! ❤️ Every break she gets, she will be back on the mat with us!

Come sweat with her tomorrow- with the constant positive feedback on her classes, we know you’ll leave with a little Tribe high!! 💙

Join us Tuesday, August 18 at 8am and help Keira ring in her final hours before officially earning her Pilates certification!

This is why we had a limited schedule at the studios today!! ☀️

Today was our Tribe Teacher Beach Day Retreat — starting with a private yoga session at BeSoul, coffee from the best, Crest Coffee, and then lunch + a full day soaking up the sun at Diamond Beach. 🌊

We took time to take a step back and pour back into these amazing leaders who pour so much into our community.

So grateful for this crew, including those who couldn’t make it down today!! 💙
