A new chapter for early learning in Los Banos.
..
recently celebrated the opening of its new Early Education Center, a 34,080-square-foot campus built with the AMS FORM building system.
Designed to bring preschool and transitional kindergarten students together in one dedicated location, the new campus provides 19 classrooms tailored to the needs of early learners. The result is a welcoming environment where students can begin their educational journey in a space created specifically for them.
Congratulations to Los Banos Unified School District, SKW & Associates, and the entire project team on this exciting milestone!

Happy Friday‼️
A fun afternoon in the factory yesterday, celebrating the team behind our buildings.
Great food, prizes, and even a little friendly soccer competition ⚽ with the people who bring so much craftsmanship, care, and dedication to the work happening at AMS every day.
We also had the opportunity to recognize some incredible employee milestones:
30 years
25 years
20 years
Two 15-year anniversaries
And a 10-year anniversary
That kind of longevity says a lot about the people and culture behind AMS. We’re grateful for the team that continues to show up, build with pride, and make it all happen.

Specialty spaces topped your list of design trends — so we’re digging in, starting with Expanded Learning.
ELOP is changing how K-12 campuses get used: before school, after school, into summer. At Pleasant View Expanded Learning Center, we designed for that reality — flexible, durable, and built to flex between daily enrichment and summer camps without missing a beat.
When you design around how students actually use a space, it performs differently.
Engineered to Empower.

The ribbon has officially been cut at Kenwood School District, and what a special project this was to be part of.
For a small district, a full campus modernization represents years of planning, community support, and investment in the future of its students. Seeing that vision come to life, including new GEN7 6th grade, STEAM, and TK classrooms, is something worth celebrating.
What made this project especially meaningful was how personal it was for so many involved.
AMS Marketing Director Maggie Howland has children who attend Kenwood Elementary. Kevin Chapin, Principal at Quattrocchi Kwok Architects (QKA) and part of the design team, is also deeply connected to the campus as a Kenwood Elementary alum and parent.
When the people designing and delivering a campus are connected to the community it serves, the work carries a different kind of pride and responsibility.
From early planning through Phase I and now the completion of Phase II, this project was a true collaboration between Kenwood School District, QKA, Cu***ng Group, FRC Construction, the construction partners, and AMS — all working toward the same goal: creating an incredible place for students to learn and grow.
Congratulations to the entire project team and the Kenwood community.

A closer look at Guadalupe Early Learning Center 👀
A campus with a clear identity.
Designed for daycare, preschool, and TK.
Built to support how young learners grow, play, and explore.
Every space works together to create an environment that feels intentional, welcoming, and made for early learners.
Built with AMS FORM in partnership with
19six Architects and Edwards Construction Group, Inc.
Did you know? 👉 This is our second completed project with the District and project team. Last year, we also completed the Guadalupe High School campus.

Seeing your project in production changes everything.
When Mark Manstof and the team at Huntington Beach City School District visited our factory, their buildings were already in production.
That real-time visibility helped the team better understand sequencing, coordination, and how modular aligns with site-built construction.
The result: a more seamless hybrid approach and a campus built to perform.
Teams from across California are making the trip to see this firsthand.
Thinking about modular? Come see it for yourself.

A big milestone for Elk Grove Unified School District👏
Yesterday marked the groundbreaking of David W. Gordon Elementary School, bringing together district leaders, partners, and the community to celebrate the start of a campus designed to serve Elk Grove students and families for years to come.
AMS is proud to be part of the team delivering two 2-story modular classroom buildings featuring:
• 24 classrooms
• Teacher workrooms
• Student restrooms
• Integrated outdoor breakout spaces directly off the balconies
These breakout spaces add a unique layer of flexibility, creating outdoor learning environments connected right to the classroom.
This campus is a great example of hybrid construction, combining modular classroom buildings with site-built spaces to create a cohesive, thoughtfully designed environment.
Grateful to be working alongside Aedis Architects and Balfour Beatty US to bring this vision to life.
💡 Fun fact: the school was officially named this week in honor of Dave Gordon, Sacramento County Superintendent of Schools, recognizing his lasting impact on public education across the region.
Looking forward to seeing this campus take shape.

The numbers tell one story.
But the real story starts long before students arrive.
Inside our factory, every AMS project takes shape in a controlled environment where people, process, and experience come together to deliver precision and consistency at every step.
It’s a different way to build. One designed to deliver quality you can count on.
We’re opening our doors for upcoming factory tours. Come take a closer look at how it all comes together.
