Manteca FFA students at Manteca High School did a great job with their Thanksgiving food drive to give back to those in our community who are in-need! 🙌🏼🦃🥧

Our Thanksgiving dinner drive was a success!! FFA members brought in turkeys 🦃, pie 🥧 and all the fixing for 18 completed family meals!!!

It is with heavy hearts we are sharing the news of the sudden loss of our Friends of Manteca FFA President, Eric Villarreal.

Eric truly was a friend of Manteca FFA, volunteering his time to support the students of the Manteca High ag program, a program dear to him due to his son’s participation while in high school.

Eric was a caring soul with a gentle uplifting spirit. To have known Eric is to have known the positive light he shared with all around him. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Villarreal family.

For those who are able, the family has set up a GoFundMe and would appreciate any help towards their funeral expenses.

Eric, you will be greatly missed.

Thank you to all who supported our Friends of Manteca FFA Crab Feed Fundraiser in January! Through the funds raised, we were able to provide $2300 in grants for 7 Manteca FFA students' Supervised Agricultural Experience (SAE) Projects and we will be awarding $3000 in college scholarships to graduating seniors next week (winners to be announced soon!)

Our Friends of Manteca FFA Crab Feed is coming up! Join us for a night of fun and feasting at the Robert J. Cabral Agricultural Center on January 20 to help support the students in Manteca FFA! Funds raised are used to support SAE project grants for San Joaquin AgFest, leadership conferences, FFA competitions, National FFA Organization uniforms, and senior scholarships! Let's support the future of agriculture!
