We were able to raise over $1,200 for Courtnie Glenn tonight at our very unconventional fundraiser! It was a perfect night and we thank EVERYONE who gave— Mansfield and our neighbors all showed up BIG and we are very, very thankful!

Our school community recently learned that one of our dedicated school board members has been diagnosed with breast cancer. She has given so much to our district, and we want to show her the same love and support during this difficult time.

Originally, we planned to hold a Miracle Minute during district play to raise money for her. However, due to MSHSAA state regulations, fundraising is not permitted at district events.

To work within those guidelines, our Student Council is organizing a Drive-By Miracle Evening tomorrow from 4:00–6:00 PM. Students will be stationed off school grounds with donation buckets to collect contributions.

This will give our community an opportunity to come together, show support, and help ease the financial burden she may be facing during treatment.

If you would like to participate, simply drive by during that time and drop a donation in one of the buckets. Every dollar makes a difference, and most importantly, every act of support reminds her that she is not fighting alone.

Thank you for helping us rally around one of our own.

Mansfield High School will celebrate its annual Homecoming on Friday, January 16, 2026, with an evening of basketball and school spirit. The Mansfield boys basketball team will take on Forsyth in a series of games beginning at 5:00 p.m., starting with the C game, followed by the junior varsity game. The Homecoming ceremony will take place between the JV and varsity contests, with the varsity game to follow. This year’s Homecoming theme is “Out of This World,” and students, families, and community members are invited to attend and support the Lions.

Yesterday, our Student Council proudly served over 40 veterans and their guests at a special luncheon in the library. It was an honor to show our appreciation to those who have served our country. ❤️💙

We were also blessed with a fantastic Veterans Day assembly, where Student Council President Addie Jones led us in the Pledge of Allegiance, and our very own Mr. Eric Grubbs — MHS math teacher and U.S. Navy serviceman — delivered an inspiring keynote address.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this event so meaningful.

🇺🇸 Veterans Day Keynote Announcement 🇺🇸

We’re proud to announce that Master-at-Arms 1st Class Eric Grubbs, U.S. Navy veteran and beloved teacher at Mansfield High School, will be the keynote speaker for our Veterans Day Assembly!

With 16 years of dedicated service, including deployments to Kuwait and Djibouti, Mr. Grubbs brings a wealth of experience and perspective as we honor the bravery and sacrifice of all who have served.

Join us as we come together to celebrate and remember our nation’s veterans! The assembly will begin at 1:00 PM in the gymnasium on Veterans Day.

Last night, Student Council hosted our annual Pink Out during the Lady Lions Volleyball games! Between matches, we held a Miracle Minute and raised over $250 — all of which will be donated to the Breast Cancer Foundation of the Ozarks.
