📢 Mansfield Elementary Dress Code Reminder 📢
As we begin the school year, we want to remind families of our Mansfield Elementary dress code expectations. Please take a moment to review the following guidelines with your child:
🚫 Students are prohibited from wearing:
• Tank-top style shirts or blouses unless the shoulder straps are at least 3 inches wide.
• Bandanas, hats, caps, hoods, sun visors, or sunglasses during the school day, including lunch and recess, unless it is an approved Hat Day.
• Shorts, skirts, or dresses that are shorter than the length of the student’s fingertips when their arms are placed at their sides.
• Clothing with holes or excessive fraying that reveals the body in violation of the dress code.
• Yoga pants, leggings, or similar pants unless the accompanying shirt or blouse covers the student’s posterior area.
👕 We appreciate our parents and students helping us maintain a school environment that is safe, respectful, and appropriate for learning.
