The 3J12 Agenda is founded from 3rd John 1 and 2 with the intent of training and developing in areas finances, mental and physical health, spiritual health, with mentorship and leadership training and development. As a dedicated Pastor, he provides spiritual guidance and serves as the heart and soul of our organization. In his role as CEO and Founder, Ric's passion for development has driven the c

reation of our transformative programs. A Training and Testing Center that provides training for various subjects such as ACT, SAT, GED, Billing and Coding, Insurance Training, Leadership and Business developing. He is also the CEO and Founder of Manifested Evidence, Inc., Etti-cut Grooming Salon, REAP Bible Institute.
