ABD is located in Attleboro Falls, Franklin, and Mansfield Massachusetts where we provide Kids Karate, Teens Krav Maga Self Defense, and Adult Krav Maga Self Defense. In our Kids Karate program we specialize in Modern Martial Arts with a

Kenpo Karate flare. Our world class instructors teach in a way that reinforces life enhancing benefits like confidence, respect, and discipline all that will motivate your child to excel. Teens Krav Maga is our way to reach the vulnerable age of a teenager to teach them the life changing benefits of martial arts like respect, discipline, and confidence – but teach life changing self defense in a way thats interesting and specific to a teen. Krav Maga Self Defense has one goal; “So one may walk in peace.” We teach true realistic self defense that is battled tested for almost a decade. Krav Maga is a no nonsense approach to protecting oneself and their family but in a way that demands fitness, and mental preparedness.
