DFW CAD has an urgent need for a site superintendent for a 2 month long roofing project in Butner, North Carolina. No prior roofing experience needed. Must have or be willing to complete OSHA 30 and must pass a background check. Project runs 11/6-12/30 and will pick back up for a couple of months after winter weather clears next year. Message for more details.

We are looking for an individual with OSHA 30 certification for a two day superintendent gig in Corpus Christi September 9-10.

Also will need someone with first aid and CPR certification.

Site Superintendent/ Site Safety / Quality Control

Job Description:
DFW CAD is looking to hire a Superintendent/Site Safety / Quality Control Manager that will be the company's representative with the responsibility and authority for daily coordination and direction of the project so that it is safe, within budget, on schedule, meets the company's quality standards, and meets the customer's satisfaction.
To accomplish this, the Superintendent/Site Safety/Quality Control Manager will review the plan with the project manager and ensure that the daily and weekly activities are consistent with the plan set forth by the project manager. You will work together with the Project Manager as a complementary team and we will make sure you have all the resources in the field necessary to have a successful project.

• Must have a good understanding of construction concepts and techniques including project control, planning, resource management, risk management, and quality assurance.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in construction
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers
• OSHA or CQM training
