🌟 TEACHER SPOTLIGHT : Ms. Promise Robinson (5th grade) 🌟

With 12 years of teaching experience, Miss Robinson loves the opportunity to impact her students’ lives and watch them grow—especially spiritually. She loves their desire to learn, creativity, and positive attitudes that they bring to the classroom each day! 📚

Some of her favorite classroom traditions are Fun Fridays and celebrating the 12 Days of Christmas with her students.

What makes TCS so special to Miss Robinson? The relationships. Being able to personally know each student and their family is something she truly treasures.

🇺🇸 Our First Ever Colonial Days! 🇺🇸

We are so excited for Temple Christian School’s very first Colonial Days! Students and families will spend the morning stepping back in time for a hands-on experience filled with history, learning, and fun!

📅 Friday, September 18, 2026
⏰ 8:00 A.M.–12:00 P.M.
📍 998 Beal Road (where we play our soccer games)

We are excited to welcome The Sons of the American Revolution, along with several hands-on stations throughout the morning!

Students will have the opportunity to experience:
🕯️ Candle Dipping
🧺 Basket Weaving
🧈 Butter Making
🧼 Soap Making
🇺🇸 Military Demonstration
🌿 Plant Identification
🥫 Tin Punching
🎯 Colonial Games
…and so much more!

Parents and families are invited to join us! We would love to have as many of you there as possible to experience the day alongside our students.

Please return the RSVP portion sent home with your student by Friday, September 11, letting us know whether your family will be attending and how many children and adults will be joining us.

We can’t wait to celebrate our heritage, our history, and God’s faithfulness through the ages! 🇺🇸✨

September is packed with exciting things at TCS! 💜💛 Here’s what’s coming up:

🇺🇸 September 7 — No School! Enjoy the long Labor Day weekend!

❤️🤍💙 September 11 — Patriot Dress Up Day! Students can show their patriotic spirit by wearing red, white, and blue!

📚 September 16 — Interims Posted! Be sure to check your student’s progress for the first part of the quarter and sign them by 9/23

🏛️ September 18 — Colonial Days! K3–12th grade students will spend the morning at our Beal Road property from 8:00 AM–12:00 PM for a special day of Colonial-themed activities!

📸 September 23 — School Photo Day!
