Stretch-N-Grow in the greater Dallas/Fort Worth area is owned by Beth Cannon. Stretch-N-Grow (SNG) is a fun-filled fitness program that has many elements to help children create a mindset to be physically and mentally healthy. We accomplish this through sports, cheer, dance, and adventurous classes. All coaches are certified for youth fitness and nutrition specialists.
