Has your child told you about the robins living in our red maple tree?

Over the course of the year children have been making bird observations across our grounds. This spring all groups have studied robins more closely. For one activity each group selected a location to deposit dried mealworms, as robins do not typically eat from feeders. Groups observed each other’s piles, making note of what was eaten and drawing comparisons.
