The students had a great week learning about fire safety this week!

We want to give a huge thank you to Springfield Township Fire Department/Ontario for hosting us and teaching us all about fire safety. They students got to tour the firehouse, meet fire fighters, put out fires, and try on the gear.

A is for Apple Day!🍎🍏

During Letter A Week, we learned how to make Apple Butter, Apple Sauce, and Apple C***r. The best part was getting to taste test!! The students voted on their favorite treat- apple butter and cold apple c***r!

Some of our other activities included: Ants in the Pants, Apple Tree Play-dough Counting, Apple Cup Stacking, Apple Patterns, and learning about Adam & Eve.

Thank you Mr. And Mrs. Wilson for always making Apple Day so special for PreK!

Number Week!

Last week, we learned about numbers through hands on learning activities. Some of our activities included building number with cubes, number locks & keys, rainbow number writing, math pop-it game, and a number sorting rocket craft.

Psalm 147:4 “He determines the number of stars and calls them each by name.”

Color Week🔴🟠🟡🟢🔵🟣

This week we learned about our colors and shapes! Each day we dressed up as one of the colors and talked about things in our environment in that color.

First week of PreK!

So much fun was had getting to know friends and teachers. We are excited for the year ahead!

Such a wonderful year in PreK!

We feel so blessed to be apart of their first years of school, and pass them onto kindergarten with a piece of our hearts.❤️

🐨Prek Zoo Trip 2026🦁

On Monday, Prek ended our year with a class zoo trip!

We had such a fun day seeing our favorite animals, petting stingrays, feeding birds and giraffes, and hanging out with our friends at the zoo!

Next stop: Graduation!

Letter Z!🦓🤐0️⃣

Our last letter of the alphabet! We did lots of zoo activities- like building zoos, making shapes with a zoo animal parade, and making zoo animal plates. We also had some beautiful weather and enjoyed it with chalk and bubbles!

Letters X & Y!🩻❌🧶💛

Some of our activities included: playing Yeti in my Spaghetti, X & Y play-dough mats, yummy vs yucky foods, playing xylophones, and yolk letter match.
