Dear Friends and Clients,
I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for all the love and support you’ve shown me on this journey. It has been an incredible experience working with each of you face-to-face, witnessing your growth, dedication, and strength.
For now, I’ll be taking a pause from in-person personal training, but this is not goodbye—just a short break. I’ll still be here to create personalized fitness and nutrition plans to help you stay on track toward your goals.
Your encouragement and trust mean the world to me, and I can’t wait to be back, stronger than ever. Until then, keep pushing forward, stay consistent, and know that I’m cheering you on every step of the way!

Today is the Super Bowl. Traditionally that means snacks and beverages. If you are trying to reach your health goals and think not participating is what to do, do so. If you are trying to live a healthier life, feel free to participate. One day is not going to halt your progress.

You have what it takes!!
Today is cold and crummy weather, you don’t have to abandon your goals. Have some hot tea, warm broth based soup, get some steps in walking around the house. Don’t use this as an excuse to not reach your goals and give in.
