We love our Principal team at Manor High and love learning new things about them and seeing them show off their skills!

Today Ms. Gibson, one of our APs stopped by the band hall during guard class and showed off her skills to the class! Did you know she was a drum major and played saxophone in band too??

We’re excited to see what other skills our admin team has!!

Here are the upcoming dates and times for Band Camp! We welcome back percussion and guard Tuesday and Wednesday from 8:00-3:00pm and continuing on Thursday and Friday. Leadership and New Members join them on Thursday from 8:00-4:00 and Friday from 8:00-12:00pm.

Thursday night, percussion will play at the 9th Grade Mustang Camp at the 9th Grade Center! Transportation will be provided to the 9th Grade Center and back!

Starting Monday, the whole band is back! We go from 8:00-4:00pm Monday through Thursday and 8:00-12:00pm on Friday. Fingers crossed there will be a special surprise the end of camp on Friday to celebrate the first full week done!

We are ready to kick it into high gear for the 2026-2027 edition of the Manor Mustang Band starting next week! It's not too late to join so if you were thinking about it, come to the meeting on Monday night in the MHS Complex Band Hall at 6:30 to hear all about camp and get a sneak preview of things to come this season!

Today we had the amazing privilege to watch one of our student’s father return from deployment and surprise his son in band class! It was a beautiful moment and we were honored to be a part of it.

Jayden, enjoy the time with your dad this weekend and have a blast catching him up on everything you’ve done. Thank you to all of our military families for your service especially on this Memorial Day Weekend.
