Marion County Health Department will be at Mannington Middle to conduct an in-school vaccine and sports physical event on Wednesday, May 13, 2026. 6th-grade students have already been given the vaccine consent form, as they have immunizations that are required for 7th grade. If you would like your student to receive their sports physical for next year at this event, please call the school or send a note requesting the sports paperwork packet be sent home with your child. Please note that physicals are invalid if the 2026 form is not used.
