🔧 From CTE Student to Professional Welder! 👨🏽🏭
We love seeing our FEDCC completers turn their skills into successful careers!
Javier Lawson, a graduate of our Welding CTE program, recently returned to FE DuBose to share his journey and words of wisdom with our current welding students. Now working as a professional welder, Javier reminded students of the importance of presenting themselves professionally both inside and outside the classroom, performing at their best, and preparing for the next steps toward a successful career.
He emphasized that success in the welding industry requires more than technical ability. It takes professionalism, preparation, a strong skill set, and a commitment to doing your best.
We are proud to see our graduates putting their training into action and returning to inspire the next generation of skilled professionals!
