Our preschoolers LOVE to do crafts! Stickers, glue, pompoms, stickers, buttons, construction paper, stickers, markers, crayons, did i say stickers?? (🙃 Stickers are our favorite!) but they all help little hands develop their fine motor skills getting them ready for writing, scissor work, buttoning and zipping clothes, tying shoes, and more!
If you want to donate craft supplies to the preschool we would be so thankful! Here is our Craft Supplies Amazon Wish List- but we aren’t picky! We welcome all kinds of arts and crafts supplies from all sorts of places. ☺️

Thank you to everyone who has supported Zion Lutheran Preschool over the years and continues to do so. We are so grateful for the generous donation of two beautiful quilts from the quilters at Zion Lutheran Church to raffle as a fundraiser for our preschool.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who purchased raffle tickets and helped support our mission.

We are celebrating 40 years of Zion Preschool! 🎉

We marked this special milestone during today’s Sunday service, followed by a time of fellowship and photo memories from the years.

We are also incredibly grateful to the Zion Lutheran Church Quilters, who once again generously donated two quilts for our celebration. 🧵❤️

For those who haven’t had a chance yet, there is still time to get your name in for the quilt drawing happening—Sunday, February 15th!

**CALLING COMMUNITY HELPERS**

It's that time of year again! In February, Zion Lutheran Preschool will be celebrating COMMUNITY HELPERS all month long! We are looking for visitors to come into the classroom and share a little about their jobs with our preschoolers.

We can help you in anyway to get prepared for a short 10-20 minute presentation. Even if you are retired but want to talk about your profession we would love to have you!

Here are a few ideas of community helpers:

*Those who keep us safe: Police officers, firefighters, life guards and emergency workers

*Those who help us learn exciting new things: Teachers and librarians

*Those who provide our food: Farmers, chefs and cooks

*Those who help us stay healthy: Doctors, dentists and nurses

*Those who keep our communities clean: Custodians, garbage and recycling collectors

*Those who help us while traveling: Road construction workers, crossing guards, snowplow drivers and transit drivers

*Those who help us at home: Construction workers who build our homes, utility workers, plumbers who make repairs and delivery workers who bring us mail and packages

*Those who care for animals: Veterinarians and Farmers
..and many more!

✨ As we begin the year 2026, we are already looking ahead to the 2026–2027 preschool year! ✨

Registration will be opening soon, and we would love to keep you informed. Zion Preschool offers half-day classes, 3 days a week, with both morning and afternoon class options available.
