MSU Aviation Minnesota State University’s aviation program's official flight training page in partnership with

The mission of Minnesota State University’s aviation program is to educate students today who will become professionals responsible for the safe and efficient design, management, and operation of the aviation system tomorrow. The program combines all elements of a substantive university education with aviation, flight, and management components to graduate well prepared aviation professionals. Acquisition of airmanship knowledge, skills, and ability while in college develops professionalism, responsibility, self-reliance and marketable skills for early career progression, and provides important experiences which ensure a level of understanding and competency essential to becoming an effective leader in an aviation profession.

✈️ A little recap of some recent MSU Aviation events!

The North Star Fall Kickoff was a HUGE success! We had so many new and returning students show up, connect with exhibitors, meet more of the North Star team, and kick off the school year on the right foot. 🙌

And the G1000 Onboarding Event was a hit, too! Our MEI students and tutors teamed up to introduce new students to the G1000 system and some essential preflight tips. It was a great way for new students to get some hands-on experience while learning from students who were in their shoes not too long ago!

Thanks to everyone who came out, participated, and helped make these events a success. Keep an eye out for more events coming your way!
