TOMORROW is the big day! 🏫🎒 We're so excited to welcome new and returning students for the 26-27 school year. Please remember that ALL students should be dropped off at the Hilltop campus by 8 AM, with grades 6-8 going to these locations (we'll have signs, too!):

8th grade - social hall (lunchroom)
7th grade - library (door 3 location)
6th grade - sanctuary

After chapel, parents and guardians are welcome to join the PTF-sponsored Tears and Cheers Breakfast. 🍩🥛

We can't wait to see all of you! ✏️

“Franklin Comes Back to School” 🐢

Students, are you ready for the first day of school? Well, Franklin, the turtle, is!

Many Cornerstone families know Franklin the Turtle or have heard of him. He’s been a class pet for the past 26 years, and after a one-year hiatus, Mrs. Sehloff has brought Franklin back to school!

We’re excited to have this familiar face back in the classroom, and we’re pretty sure Franklin is just as excited to meet a new group of Cornerstone students. Welcome back, Franklin! 🐢💚

With school just around the corner, pastors, faculty, staff, and their families gathered yesterday for a potluck and evening of fellowship. It was a wonderful night with laughter, good food, time together, and plenty of opportunities for the kids to play. We look forward to seeing everyone THIS Wednesday, Aug. 26, for the first day of school!

School is starting in just ONE WEEK on August 26! Please join us for our opening chapel service (8:10 AM) at the Hilltop Campus and see our teachers installed.

With the students starting school that day, there are bound to be some tears and maybe even a few cheers! 🥺😉 Parents and guardians, please join us for our annual "Tears and Cheers" breakfast, hosted by the Cornerstone PTF.

REMINDER: TOMORROW is Registration Night!

You will begin in the sanctuary with a brief talk from Principal Hunter. After, you can do the following (in any order!):

✅ Stop by the narthex to sign up for Band,
✅ Go to the student(s) classroom to drop off school supplies
✅ Head to the gym, where you will return the forms you received in the home packet to Mrs. Tenold. There will be various groups set up in one half of the gym (ASC, PTF, Boosters, Math Club, etc.), and school Pictures will be taken in the other half.
NEW THIS YEAR...we will have 2 photographers to hopefully speed up the process!

We can't wait to see you there! 🏫✏📚
