Our beginner tumblers are working hard and crushing their goals! 🤸✨ From forward and backward rolls to handstands, backbends, and cartwheels, they’re building amazing foundational skills every week. ⏰ 5 weeks left in the current session! You can still join now and finish out strong before our next session begins.

A cause very close to our hearts is supporting B The Light, the only non-profit in South-Central Minnesota exclusively dedicated to uplifting breast cancer patients, survivors, and their families.

To show our support during Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we’re launching a special Power Athletics-themed shirt! 100% of the proceeds will go directly to B The Light.
