August is prime time for hosting trade teams, allowing growers a unique chance to connect with buyers from across the world. This morning, Faribault farmer and Minnesota Soybean Growers Association Director Matt Purfeerst welcomed a trade delegation from Taiwan, one of the most promising markets for Minnesota soybeans. Matt and his dad, Jim, gave an overview of their operation and showed how new technologies are helping the Purfeersts produce a high-quality, low-carbon footprint soybean crop.

Thanks to the U.S. Soybean Export Council - USSEC and Minnesota Department of Agriculture for helping arrange the visit!
