At Kato Karate, we believe martial arts is about more than learning how to kick and punch. It's about developing confidence, emotional control, and the skills kids need to succeed in life.

In the newest episode of the Breaking Bullying Podcast, our very own Mr. Flynn sits down with former MMA fighter and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt Brandon "MidWest Kong" Copeland.

They discuss how martial arts can change lives, why self-control is a true sign of strength, and the importance of helping kids build confidence from the inside out.
