Gave Steven his yellow belt last night and he’s moving up to adult class so you know what that means: BEATDOWN!!!
Monoplata, X-choke, Paper Cutter, Ezekiel, Sassy Armbar.
Steven has worked very hard to get here and deserves to get moved up! He’s a leader in the Kids Class and will continue that roll by still helping out with kids class while taking on a bigger challenge in the adult class.

Today is a bittersweet day for my family. After 42 years, my parents are handing over the keys to the Golden Flame Family Restaurant.
I’m sad that it will no longer be in the family but very happy that they finally get a chance to relax and retire!
They were my inspiration for wanting to be by own boss so when the time came to make the first logo for the gym, it seemed natural to borrow from them.
As they put a close on that chapter of their life, I look forward to the new chapter the gym will be starting soon in our new location!

We’ve also recently added Kids Kickboxing AND a second night of Women’s Jiu Jitsu! 💪

Kudos to these kiddos (and several others) for grinding it out in the morning all summer long! Some of them even came twice a day!
Today was the last day of our morning kids classes for the summer.
Regular 4:15 class still going all year long!
