Manitou Springs Middle School is excited to welcome Rachel Cookston as our new Special Education Paraprofessional!

Rachel and her family recently made Manitou Springs their home, and she's already enjoying everything our mountain community has to offer. Whether she's traveling to new places, discovering different cultures, reading a good book, exploring farmers markets, or attending live concerts, Rachel loves finding opportunities to learn and connect. She and her family are also kept on their toes by their energetic red heeler, Ruckus! 🐾📚🎶

Manitou Springs Middle School is excited to welcome Stacy Thomson as our Administrative Assistant!

Stacy has proudly served Manitou Springs School District 14 for nearly 10 years, supporting students, staff, and families in several of our schools. Her connection to the district is also a personal one—her daughter attended Manitou Springs schools and graduated in 2022. 🐎

Returning to Manitou Springs Middle School is especially meaningful, as it is where Stacy's journey with the district first began. She is excited to support our students, staff, and families while helping our school community continue to thrive. Stacy appreciates the way MSMS embraces growth and innovation while honoring its strong traditions, and she is grateful to once again be part of the Mustang team.

Is your student ready to find their sound and start their musical journey? Manitou Springs School District 14 invites all interested families to our Instrument Selection Day!

This is a key event where students can try out various instruments and find the one that fits them best, ensuring they have everything they need to start the school year strong.

Calling all future Mustangs ages 7–12 — come join Manitou players and coaches for three fun-filled mornings of baseball! Campers will have the opportunity to run, hit, field, pitch, and learn from current Manitou athletes and coaches. 🐎
