TODAY is Mandatory Login Day!

MVA Families,

Today is the first mandatory login day! This is a state requirement for all virtual school students in Kansas.😀 On mandatory login days, students must be logged into their courses for a total of 360 minutes, which equals 6 hours. Students must be actively involved in their online course by reading the content, attending vClass, completing practice activities, assignments, quizzes, etc.  The system will stop keeping time if students just open a course and let it sit.

Recommendations:
* work in each course throughout the day
* keep track of your time in each course so you know you are completing enough minutes
* click the activity tab in each course to check your time….you can find it by clicking on the grades link found under the left side menu bar in each course and finding the “ACTIVITY” tab across the top
* work in 30 minute or 1-hour time slots…it’s easier to keep track
* break those minutes up throughout the day; you do not have to do it all in one long sitting
Please contact our office at 785-587-2093 or your Advisory teacher if you have questions about Mandatory Login Day.

Thank you for your participation!

😂🚨 When the question is NOT what you thought it was…

Mrs. Lewis thought she was asking our staff, “What would you do if a zombie showed up during vClass?” 🧟‍♀️💻

But then she pulled a fast one and switched the question to…

👀 “What would you do if Mrs. Jobe turned up LIVE?” 😂

And let’s just say… our answers did NOT disappoint. 🤣

We’re starting to think our new teachers Mrs. Lewis and Ms. Brady are fitting into the MVA crew just fine. They’re already pulling pranks, making us laugh, and keeping things interesting! 💙🦁

Welcome to the crew! You may be stuck with us now. 😂🚀

💬 What will YOU do when Mrs. Jobe comes to vClass? 👀
