Yesterday was truly remarkable, and we are proud of what we were able to accomplish together. With the dedication and teamwork of everyone involved, we successfully vaccinated and microchipped more than 275+ animals, helping to improve their health, safety, and chances for a bright future. We deeply value this collaboration with WAAL and look forward to continuing our shared mission to support the animals and communities. Happy Spay Day! We're proud to support a cause that saves lives and strengthens our communities. Our students have been hard at work this year with almost 5,000 surgeries!

Spaying and neutering your pets helps prevent unwanted litters, reduces the number of animals entering shelters, and promotes longer, healthier lives by preventing life threatening conditions like pyometra. It's a simple step that makes a lasting impact.

We are incredibly grateful for partners who make this work possible and who share our commitment to keeping pets and families together.

ALPHA clinics continue to make a meaningful difference across Sedgwick County by expanding access to affordable urgent veterinary care. Seeing pets receive the treatment they need — and the relief it brings to the people who love them — is why this work matters so much.

Thank you to everyone who supports this mission and helps ensure pets can stay where they belong: in loving homes! Wichita Animal Action LeagueKansas State UniversityKansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine

Our Outreach team had a great day yesterday working with Be Able Community and Prairie Paws Animal Shelter - Manhattan KS to provide wellness exams and vaccines to the community members in Manhattan that Be Able serves!

Yesterday, the Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine brought their mobile clinic to Be Able, and our block came alive with wagging tails and happy neighbors. Their team provided free wellness checks and vaccinations, making it easier for our neighbors to care for the pets who mean so much to them.

We’re grateful for the K-State Vet Med team—your generosity and skill remind us that when we care for pets, we’re really caring for the whole family. Thank you for a great day together!
