K-State CAB - Council for Alumni Belonging

Share

A positive place to come together as a K-State community focused on establishing a sense of belonging for all K-Staters.

The Council for Alumni Belonging was formed in 1993, and was known as the Multicultural Alumni Council. It was established as a council to serve as a liaison between former and current multicultural students in an effort to maintain the link for life with K-State. Comprised of K-State alumni, students, and friends, the council has a history of sponsoring workshops, receptions, and panel discussion

Thomas Lane community update 07/23/2025

It saddens us to hear that the Spectrum Center will cease operations effective July 31. It played a vital role on campus, supporting our LGBTQ+ students, staff, and alumni.

To preserve the stories and experiences that reflect its impact, we encourage everyone to reach out to us to capture your stories, documents, photographs, or any other materials you are willing to share. These contributions will help ensure that the Spectrum Center’s history is preserved for future generations and recognized as an important part of our university’s story.

Please send your stories and/or materials to us or to Ryan Leimkuehler, the University Archivist at [email protected]
