CORE CORE CORE!!!

You’ve heard of ‘don’t skip legs day’ but have you heard of ‘never skip core’??

Core is an essential worker in all of your exercises, upper or lower body, so you better take care of it and make it strong 💪🏼.

💪🏼 UPPER BODY COMBOS

I try to hit 10-12 reps for each exercise Then I repeat 3-4x the combo of 2 moves.

The way you can couple up the moves can be either hitting the same muscle groups or different groups.

For example:
1 —> Bent over rows and seated rows
2 —> Bent over rows and single dumbell alternating overhead press

Pick your poison! I usually like to do different groups just to give one group a rest so i can come back stronger next round!

🫰🏼FULL BODY WORKOUT 🫰🏼

When I get back from not working out for sometime, I like to start with a full body workout to keep it balanced.

Although I’m not a big fan of upper/lower body combo moves, I did it for this workout to be able to hit as many muscles as I can.

When you’re trying to build muscle and get stronger, those combo moves can hinder your progress because the weight you can lift for a lower body move is often heavier than what you can lift for upper body movements.

Anyway! This workout was a great pump and pretty dynamic. I’m definitely looking forward to sharing more for the week 🫶🏼
