Hey y’all!! My name is Ryan Roubik, and I am the Assistant Community Coordinator (ACC) of Wefald Hall!! This is my first year as a grad, and I am in the Master’s of Business Administration program. I just moved to Manhattan from Wisconsin this summer, and absolutely love it here!!

Hall Council is a resident led resident hall government that I advise fas part of my role as an ACC! We meet once a week on Monday nights. We have 10 executive board positions and 2 representatives from every floor of West! We work to build community in the hall with events and also try and create positive change. Our current project is adding a mural to our 3rd floor lobby which is an entirely student led project! We also have an event this Sunday that is a Friendsgiving!

What’s an ACDI?
Great question! I am still a part time graduate student like the other assistant coordinators (ACC) but instead of working in a Residence hall or community, I run an initiative for the department! Consider me a floater to all communities! What I love about my role is I am able to support the departments recruitment efforts by supervising a team of tour guides!
