This camp allows students from all over the midwest to come to the KSU campus to learn conducting, leadership skills, guard technique, and percussion technique. The K-State Leadership & Auxiliary Camp is a fantastic opportunity for high school Drum Majors, Section Leaders, Percussionists, Color Guard members, and Dancers to enhance their skills and learn ways to better their high school marching band and auxiliary programs. Don Linn, the camp brings together successful clinicians and band directors from around the region to help the students learn and grow. Graduate students, senior music education students, and K-State Marching Band drum majors are also a part of the teaching staff. The Leadership & Auxiliary Camp is a great way for Freshmen, Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors in high school music programs to learn about leadership from clinicians with a wealth of experience.
