Demystifying Mental Health - 1900 IST - Sep 4 (Fri)

The importance of mental well-being is often ignored or misunderstood. Various factors including the uptick of social media, peer pressure, competitive culture at today's workplace & of course COVID19 related conditions are contributing to an unprecedented impact on our mental health.

We bring this session to sensitize our alumni on the need for professional intervention to help us cope with these challenges and help in better understanding what really mental illness is.

On our panel, we have
Dr. Rajesh Sagar (Professor, Psychiatry, AIIMS, New Delhi); and
Ms. Amrita Sen (Consultant Clinical Psychologist, Apollo Spectra Hospital, Bangalore)
We also have two alumni sharing their experiences in dealing with mental health:
P Venkata Rajesh (PGP 2011), and
Neeta Saraogi (PGP 2006)
