Participants from South Korea recently completed an advanced milling course at the IGP Institute before exploring the U.S. grain supply chain firsthand. From visiting Justin Knopf's wheat farm to touring a grain elevator, the team gained a deeper understanding of how U.S. wheat is grown, handled, and transported before reaching customers worldwide.
