At the Fordham Mentoring Program End of Year Event, we celebrated a year of connection and excellence, with a special shoutout to our alumni who remain an essential part of our Fordham network, continually showing up to support, mentor, and open doors for current students. We are grateful for a community where the bridge between past and present stays strong and where giving back is part of the tradition.

Our final career fair of the semester gave students the chance to connect directly with employers, explore current openings, and strengthen their professional networks right when it matters most.

The STAR Method is the best framework for answering behavioral interview questions with confidence and clarity.
S - Situation: Set the scene and provide context.
T - Task: Describe the challenge or goal you were working toward.
A - Action: Explain exactly what steps you took to address the situation.
R - Result: Share the positive outcome and what you learned.
