We offer classes and personal training to develop physical fitness that is broad, general, and inclusive through functional movements performed under the supervision of a skilled coach. Our focus is on the 10 general physical skills: cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination agility, balance, and accuracy. CrossFit workouts are done in a group

Today we said goodbye to our FFM class! Cam, Mal, Nancy, Beth, Jim, Lynn, Tim, Carolyn, Linda and Coach Jason. Best of luck to each of you as you continue your fitness journey with Jason in your new home!
