Go Amelia!

Meet Amelia Meng, a sophomore from Cheney, Kansas, majoring in Agronomy with a plant science and biotechnology option.

Amelia is involved in the department as an Agronomy Ambassador, participates in Wheat State Agronomy Club, and competes on the Crops Team and Forage Quiz Bowl Team. She also works as an Undergraduate Research Assistant, gaining hands-on experience in research.

Middle School Ag Academy!
37 Cheney middle school students attended the middle school ag Academy at Buhler. The trip includes exposure to different careers in agriculture and 100 question ID test. 

The team earned 2nd place! The top 4 scores for the team were:
Jaycob Young- 6th out of 334 individuals
Peyton Good- 7th high individual
Quinlann Dowell- 11th
Garrett Lynch- 14th
