Mrs. M's Preschool Mrs. M's Preschool is a place where learning and fun go hand in hand. Children are encouraged to try many different types of activities during Work Time.

The child’s development in each domain (language, social, physical, cognitive, and social-emotional) is sustained, extended, and enhanced primarily through activities that promote purposeful play. ide planned and unplanned, as well as structured and unstructured experiences in a warm, nurturing and educational environment. I provide a monthly general lesson plan for Parents and Students, but most importantly I provide an individualized lesson plan for each child based on their skills and developmental progress. Some of the activities I offer are:
Organized Free Play • Dramatic Play • Circle Time • Creative Arts Projects • Language Works • Science / Social Studies Activities • Mathematics Works • Puzzles • Sign Language •

We have separate shelves for language, math, science, social, manipulatives, and art, however students are free to work at any table or to use a work mat on the floor. For a more extensive list of activities, works and projects please set up a visit!

Good morning! The first day of school is coming soon so here are a few reminders for new students!
If you have not turned in your physical and birth certificate they are due the first day of class, please remember without a physical they cannot come to class so make sure they are in the backpack or dropped off before school starts! We do not want to turn away a child because of paperwork!
If you have not turned in all documents in the registration folder please contact us to schedule a drop off this week!
Please put extra clothes, underwear, socks or slippers, extra pull-ups/diapers, wipes and anything else they may need inside their backpack just in case!
We provide snack and water so please do not put any food in their backpack, we do not allow outside food unless it’s for a birthday or special celebration that is coordinated in advance-water bottles that do not leak are always welcome!
We look forward to seeing everyone in September!

Good morning! Parents have been asking what supplies to send in for this year, we do not ask for anything as we supply everything including food items, however if anyone would like to contribute to our classroom here is our updated list that we order from throughout the year.
Parents, the updated calendar has been sent out. Please remember that new students need to have a current physical before they can come to class, returning students do NOT need a new physical!

Parents your calendar was sent out this morning, the date for the farm visit is not listed yet, I am waiting for approval for the date and then it will be placed on the calendar and it will be resent once it is added! I wanted everyone to have the start dates!

Good morning! Gentle reminder, all new student folders, signed parent handbooks and registration fees are due by August 1st so we can register everyone, get the records ready and complete the attendance and yearly calendar for everyone! If you haven’t dropped off your completed folder (minus a physical if that is not until closer to school starting) please contact us to set up a time! Thank you and Happy Monday!
