Dragonflies are frequent visitors around the water lilies and reflecting pool at Kansas State University Gardens.
Unlike bees, wasps, moths, and butterflies which are abundant pollinators around the gardens, dragonflies are not true pollinators. They are aerial predators that catch other insects mid-air, and do not feed on nectar or pollen from flowers.

It was a great night for baseball! The ELP attended a game on Friday night to cheer on the 'Cats! We had a great time. Our next big venture will be a day at Konza Prairie.
