A BIG THANK YOU to our partner, United Health Care, for the Spice Drive donation for our EFNEP program. They collected a total of 153 spices (33 pounds of spices) to distribute to our EFNEP clients.

Children receiving Food Assistance or SNAP benefits may be eligible to receive FREE early education through the Head Start (3 - 5 years) and Early Head Start (Infant – 3 years) programs. Handwashing is important DURING the food prep process too – especially when handling raw meat & poultry. Washing hands before & after touching raw meats and their juices helps prevent cross contamination.
