Meadows Elementary School

As the school year comes to a close, we also want to take a moment to recognize and thank the dedicated volunteers who are graduating alongside their 5th graders. Your time, talent, and heart have shaped our school in countless ways, from fun events and cherished programs to the everyday moments that made Meadows such a special place. A heartfelt thank you to those who served on the PTA Executive Board or stepped up to chair programs and fundraisers over the years. Your leadership has left a lasting mark. While your chapter at Meadows may be ending, the impact you’ve made will continue to inspire. On behalf of the entire Meadows PTA, thank you for the memories, the laughter, and the legacy. You’ll always have a home in our school community.

A huge thank you to Julie Ustick, James Bomotti, and our wonderful Heath Assistant, Miriam Ramirez, for planning the Bittersweet Retirement Celebration honoring 11 amazing Meadows staff members. Their thoughtful planning and hard work helped create a memorable event filled with appreciation, laughter, and special memories. We are grateful for their dedication to celebrating the people who have made such a lasting impact on our school community. Thank you, Julie, James, and Miriam, for making this event so meaningful!

Today, we celebrate the incredible educators who have given their hearts, their time, and their talent to Meadows. As our beloved retirees close this chapter, we want them to know, the lessons you taught, the students you inspired, and the love you poured into these halls will never be forgotten. Thank you for everything. Meadows is better because of YOU!!!

It truly takes a village! As we wrap up the school year, we want to extend our heartfelt appreciation to the dedicated volunteers who chaired events and programs throughout the year. Your hard work, organization, and enthusiasm helped bring so many meaningful experiences to our Meadows students, families, and staff. Cheers to our incredible Yearbook Signing Party chairs, Jenny Gerjarusak and Kim Pasquali, for helping our Mustangs wrap up the school year in style! From organizing a festive party with treats, to coordinating Yearbook pick up, these volunteers created a joyful sendoff for students, families, and staff alike. It was the perfect chance to celebrate milestones, share memories, and enjoy one final moment together before summer break. Thank you for bringing everyone together to close the year on a high note. We’re so grateful for your hard work especially at one of the busiest times of the year.

A huge thank you to Megan Gong, Michelle Orozco, and Gretchen Barnes, our amazing Yearbook Chairs, for turning a year’s worth of memories into a keepsake our students will treasure forever. From coordinating with class liaisons/ photographers to collecting hundreds of great shots, Megan, Michelle, and Gretchen pieced together the story of our school year with creativity, dedication, and heart. Their attention to detail ensures that every student feels seen and celebrated in the pages of our yearbook. Thank you, ladies, for helping us remember the laughter, learning, and milestones that made this year at Meadows so special!

A big round of applause to our dedicated 5th Grade Promotion Chair, Jenny Gerjarusak, for giving our graduating Mustangs a send-off to remember! From organizing the ceremony to planning the parties, creating keepsakes, and coordinating with teachers and families, Jenny led the team that put in time, creativity, and heart to make our 5th graders feel celebrated.
